Percussion Department Visit Day (in-person)

Experience a full day of in-person activities with the faculty and students of the University of Denver Lamont School of Music, free of charge. Participate in a masterclass, observe students at work in rehearsal, tour the DU campus and the Newman Center for the Performing Arts, and enjoy a pizza lunch.  

Schedule of Activities: 

10:30am – Check-in begins 
11:00am – Welcome Presentation by Lamont Admission 
12:00pm – Pizza lunch 
1:00pm – DU campus tour 
2:00pm – Lamont tour 
3:00pm – Observe Lamont Percussion Ensemble rehearsal 
4:00pm – Masterclass with John Kinzie 

Because of COVID restrictions we need to cap the number of people at each event. As such, we will limit these events to students only. Parents are welcome to wait in the Plaza or drop their student off.
