Racial microaggressions are brief indignities that occur when someone says or does something that signals that a person of color doesn’t belong. In this session, we will unpack what racial microaggressions are, why they happen on college campuses, and the impacts that they have on individuals and communities. Along the way, you will learn how sociologists analyze human behavior.
