DU Students will collaborate with faculty on research projects. They will work with professors on course projects, and utilize their expertise to enhance their classroom experience. And professors are known for their availability to meet with students outside scheduled office hours, and their willingness to work closely with their students to ensure their success. Students will have no limits on their ability to collaborate with their professors.
During your Orientation you will enroll in a First-Year Seminar, where you will be paried with a faculty mentor. Your faculty mentor will assist with anything from helping you find your way around campus to learning about life in Denver. Each faculty mentor works with no more than 15 students on choosing classes, advising on study tips, creating internship opportunities and more.
